The Haitian National Coalition for the Environment is a network for individuals and groups actively working to renew and protect Haiti’s environment.

- Massive and intensive reforestation, especially in critical watersheds;
- Research and promotion of alternative energy, especially alternatives to wood charcoal; and
- Income-generating environmental projects to combat poverty and create truly sustainable development.

Konbit Pou Ayiti/Haiti KONPAY coordinates the Coalition. With the support of Alternative Gifts International (AGI), the Epiphany Now Foundation and the American Jewish World Service (AJWS), KONPAY is working with the KNAA coordinating committee to hold a regional strategic planning meeting in each of Haiti’s geographical departments.
Haiti KONPAY is working with members of the KNAA to gather and share information about best practices for Haiti’s environment. KONPAY encourages and supports collaboration among the members of the KNAA network.
